2. Services Provided
WFH Clean offers a variety of cleaning services, including residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning. The specific services provided will be detailed in your service agreement or membership plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Service Agreements and Membership Plans
- Service Agreements: Upon booking, you will receive a service agreement outlining the specific services, frequency, and payment terms. It is your responsibility to review and agree to these terms before service begins.
- Membership Plans: If you subscribe to a membership plan, it will automatically renew on a monthly or weekly basis, depending on the plan selected. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice, subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
4. Payment Terms
- Pricing: All services are priced as indicated on our website or in your service agreement. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of any changes before your next billing cycle.
- Payment: Payments are due in advance of the service period, and can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods as specified. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
- Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may be applied. Continuous late payments may result in termination of services.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Service Cancellations: You may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Membership Cancellations: To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or weeks of service.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of WFH Clean. Generally, refunds are not provided for completed services, but exceptions may be made in cases of dissatisfaction, subject to our satisfaction guarantee policy.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to issues reported after this period.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
- Liability: WFH Clean is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to any loss of property, damage, or injury. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
- Damage to Property: While we take great care in delivering our services, WFH Clean is not responsible for any damage to your property unless such damage is directly caused by our negligence. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
- Disclaimer: All services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
WFH Clean reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
